I SPOKE NUMEROUS TIMES TO JACINDA ABOUT MY DISSATISFACTION ABOUT THE INCORRECT ADVICE OFFERED BY THE CONSULTANT, ON THE 8TH OCTOBER I INFORMED JACINDA SHE CAN CLOSE THE COMPLAINT & I INFORMED HER THAT I AM REPORTING THIS TO THE OMBUDSMAN, SHE INFORMED ME I CAN DOWNLOAD THE FORM FROM THE INTERNET AS I ASKED HER THE NEXT STEPS, BUT WHAT SHE DID NOT INFORM ME WAS THAT I WOULD NEED ALL PARTICULARS OF ABSA, WHAT SHE FAILED TO DO WAS SEND ME A LETTER OF RESOLUTION/CONCLUSION ON ABSA'S POSITION WITHIN THE 20 BUSINESS DAYS AS MY COMPLAINT STEMS FROM AUGUST ALREADY. FULL WRITTEN REASONS MUST BE FURNISHED TO THE CLIENT WITHIN THE TIME REFERRED TO IN RULE 6 (B) OF THE RULES, AND THE CLIENT MUST BE ADVISED THAT THE COMPLAINT MAY WITHIN 6 MONTHS BE PURSUED WITH THE OMBUD WHOSE NAME, ADDRESS & OTHER CONTACT PARTICULARS MUST BE PROVIDED TO ME. ALSO A COPY OF THE RELEVANT VOICELOGGED RECORDS MUST BE PROVIDED TO THE CLIENT OR REGISTRAR WITHIN REASONABLE TIME, I REQUESTED YOU JACINDA TO SUPPLY ME WITH IT, ONCE AGAIN ON 8TH OCTOBER & YOU ADVISED ME THE REGISTRAR CAN REQUEST IT, YET I AM STILL AWAITING MY COPY, FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE GENERAL CODE OF CONDUCT & FAIS LEGISLATION JACINDA.
