SHOCKING Procrastination

FNB received a copy of the electrical certificate for the lodgement inearly January and did nothing with it until the property went on prep for registration. We have been advised by the conveyencing attorney that they are waiting for an answer from FNB for 2 days now. No response. This has delayed the registration on 2 properties and FNB's representative shows no urgency in resolving this issue!
