ABSA instructed Bangiso Mhlabeni Inc to do the lodgement at the deeds office on Thursday 3 October. The documents were sent to said attorney on Monday 7 October. After numerous calls and follow up from my side we eventually signed the paperwork on Tuesday 15 October. They were lodged on 16 October. ...
