I just wanna compliment Nosihle for going an extra mile to ensure my account was sorted out. I have not had any luck with all the agents I dealt with since I obtained the Homeloan 2 months ago with the bank. My account was messed up and each call made to the call centre didn't seem to help instead made me angrier. She advised me accordingly and even followed up to ensure I was happy. She truly understands what customer service is. Standard Bank Homeloans need a 100 more of her. Thank you
