Please assist Standard bank has messed up my credit record. In January the debit order did not go through when i queried with them they told me they had a system glitche. i was advised to transfer the funds into my homeloan account. again in February the debit order did not go through, when i enquired i was told the debit order rejected due to insufficient funds and the consultant advised me that my account was with FNB, i have never owned an FNB account.
Now they've put an ATM stop on my account saying its in arrears. this is going to affect my credit record i want Standard bank to correct this and remove the arrear status on my account.
