Unauthorised transactions

Its been a while now that i have been querying illegal transaction on my account but this does not stop instead its getting worse. If it is not possible for the company to come up with a more robust security system to protect the clients' money then there is no reason to continue to be the client.

Suggestion: Technology is good and bad. If this is happening because of it, then rather revert to the old system where a form was to be completed and signed by both parties in order to authorise a transaction.
Remember to request a stop and reversal of any one unauthorised transaction is costing (time and money)
