HACKED INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT

I was doing my internet transfers on Thursday 24 Oct 2013, as I do every month. While I was busy with my transfers it bombed out about 3 times. Then I have to log in again. I then got an email from Capitec Bank, in which they stated that there was unusual activities noticed and I must reset my account immediately, which I did. But something didn't add up. I tried to log in again, and it said wrong username and password. I then phoned the bank on 0860102043 which Porche answered.(17h36). I told her that I think someone is trying to hack into my account and asked her to stop all transactions. She confirmed that she did it and I don't have to worry (refno: 10276156). 20H30 I got a call from capitec to say that they send my complaint to the forensic dept, because R16500 has been taken from my acc. I went to capitec n1 city where Tasneem (who was very friendly) helped me. I told her my story, she phoned with my refno, and told the person on the line that my acc was never stopped. I spoke to Tshepo who told me that all of this is my fault and they are not gonne refund my money. Every bank have insurance for like this, but they rejected mine. Its my money. I want it back please.
