I am a victim of, i got a call from Capitec Bank on the 03/05/2013. The consultant could advise me about everything on Banking Account. My Debit Orders everything. He then asked me for my pin to tell me what Capitec could offer me and he asked me why did i take a loan out by African Bank. I gave my Pin oblivious to what would happen as i thought this guy was genuinely calling from Capitec bank as he knew all my details. I however gave him the pin, and the Friday R 5000.00 was transfered to another Capitec Account number. The Saturday R 4250.00 was Transfered to another Capitec Account number.
Capitec refuses to give my money back, i then asked them for a Spin Report which they do not want to give me and then told me they will only give it to the police, Whose account is it? mine or the Polices?
I personally think their service is pathetic and they are unprofessional in all aspects.
Please help!!!
