Most horrible service and unwillingness to accept responsibility. A debit went through on my account and to my horror Capitec Bank tells me it was my fault that this debit went through..have no idea were they got this info or how they came to this conclusion. YES it was explained but it was the most nonsensical thing i have ever heard... these people must think am stupid.

With all this, worst of all my girlfriend's account had R4000 withdrawn from her account and was promised the money would be paid back to her as Capitec Bank is aware of the transactions on Capitec Bank clients and at the last minute she was told she would not be paid back and she must open a criminal case as it is someone that she knows that had withdrawn money from her account... so basically it is i or our five year old that had her money... Once again where do they get these answers. I know I didn't do this so this means somehow went from Centurion to Kempton Park to go commit the crime. NOW the investigating officer is reporting to be given a run around by Capitec Bank and no-one is willing to help or getting the very same bad information and service from Capitec Bank agents that we got...
