Claim not processed almost 4 months late

I submitted a claim with all the required documents on 02 July 2013.
It is almost 4 months later and i do not know when or if ever my claim will be processed.
It is such a pity that i have to Hellopeter essential med every time to get a timely or correct response.
Such disappointing service!
