I applied for a cellphone contract on Friday 2013-05-10. This contract was verbally approved and i was congradulated for receiving the contract and delivery will take 5- 7 working days, I must have a copy of my ID and proof of residence, and once again they congradulated me, Work confirmation was done and banking confirmation was done with me. On Monday I contacted Bayport only to find out I was declined, Nobody from Bayport contacted me and the service is pathetic, They are unproffesional and looks like they scamming clients, This matter has been reported to the NCR, Credit Onbudsman and Carte Blanche for further investigation; Lucky for me, all my calls were recorded, and i will be holding Bayport liable for my cancellation of my current contract and costs involved which could amount upto R13000.00. Once again all my calls were recorded and now they blaiming the staff in incompetent
