Pathetic service and rude staff

I needed a list of numbers that was dialled from my Cell C card (contract taken with Bayport) for 2013/07/22. I called Cell C and they told me that they cannot assist and asked me to contact Bayport. I contacted Bayport and the person I spoke to was extremely rude and did not even give me a chance to speak (I want Bayport Management to pull the call and listen to the service that the call centre provides). He told me to contact Cell C, as Bayport is not a Network Service Provider and they cannot assist. I tried to explain that I did contact Cell C first and they asked me to contact Bayport. He made a statement to me saying: "it is like you are going to Edgars to buy meat." He also told me that I should have asked if I would be able to get a print out when I took out the contract. This is the second time that a Bayport consultant told me that. I think this is their famous line to use with customers. Really? I am taking out a contract. Why would I ask if I can get a print out for a cellular network? Am I on a ghost network or something? I really do not have anymore comments on Bayport. They are utterly rude. I regret taking out this contract and will never have anything good to say..
