On the 29th of January, I submitted a complaint on Bayport Financial Services and the service I received since entering into a relationship with them in December 2012. I was immediately contacted by Thato Motshoane who took note of my complaint and confirmed that he will be responsible for the investigation. Today (02/04/2013) Thato contacted me and confirmed that my issue/concern had been resolved and that my account has been closed, with all monies due to me paid back. I would like to compliment Thato on the wonderful service he has presented and timeous manner in which he has handled my complaint, he has gone over and above in ensuring that this matter was resolved and kept me in the loop throughout!
