I called Bayport to change the debit date from the 25 to the last day of the month.By the 13th of February 2013 I had sent them all the documents that they requested but I kept getting e-mails to send my salary advice which I had sent to Bayport on the 7th of February. When I called again to complain, I spoke to a lady by the name of Nthleleng who confirmed that the date had changed only to have Brownyn calling me on the 23 February to send the salary advice. Out of frustration I asked her to give me a direct e-mail address but it was wrong.

My account was debited on the 25th and I called them, I spoke to a lady by the name of Megan who promised to investigate and give feedback but even today I am still waiting. Where should I go for help?
