INCORRECTLY LISTED AS LATE PAYER ON ITC

I had a loan with BAYPORT which was paid on time monthly via debit order.

After 2 years, BAYPORT discovered that they had been deducting the incorrect amount for the repayment. I arranged to pay the arrears, but 2 months later i settled he account in full.

When i then applied for credit elsewhere i was declined because BAYPORT had listed me as abad payer - their clerical error not mine. I took this up with them in about October last year. They have promised to rectify the ITC report, but after numerous mails and telephone calls, my ITC report is still incorrect, despite numerous promises to fix it
