In Early October I was advised that my payment for August never went off of my account. I advised that they need to double debit me at the end of October to get this up to date. THIS WAS NEVER DONE. I contacted Bayport to advise them that this wasn't deducted and was told that the person that I dealt with did not do this therefore it would have to done again. I then told them to double debit my account on the 2ND OF DECEMBER. They then decided to try and do this on the 29th of November!! Screwing with my FLIPPEN ACCOUNT!!! They then deducted the debit order 3 TIMES!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I am absolutely disgusted and infuriated as i cannot afford this. WHY ARE YOUR STAFF NOT PROPERLY TRAINED. I then emailed my statement to show this has been done and STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME!!! I NEED THIS MONEY REFUNDED URGENTLY!!!
