Went into the Nedbank Edenvale over the festive season to change my cell phone number for internet banking.
The consultant never took much interest in my request, kept saying I was attractive and talking to his colleagues walking past.
He even got the manager to authorise the new cell number.
Well guess what, today I am trying to load a new benficiary and its still on my old cell phone number!
I refuse to go back into the bank to change it as this was not my error.
I have asked the Manager to call, still have not received a call!!!
Pathetic service!!!
