I spoke to Sisa from Cell C to change my number on my Cell C sim card to my Vodacom number. However, he misunderstood me and thought I wanted to do a number port. I phoned customer service and they said they WILL phone me back in 48 hours which they have not done to change my number (i.e. so I can keep my ORIGINAL number, as my Cell C contract is a new contract, but I want to keep my original number). The reference nr is 20130510105102CELLC084810227430628. Six days and customer service cannot help me! If you need to 'listen to the recording that I did request a number change, PLEASE DO SO TODAY!
