I have been trying to change my cell phone number with Standard bank for the last month!!!
I sent them a secure message on the Internet banking, phoned, emailed and even went into the bank at menlyn branch... and I am still not receiving OTP's on my cell phone.
I am a prestige client and guess what, THEY DON'T CARE!!!
Next time I have to go into the bank for like this, it will be to CLOSE MY ACCOUNTS!!!
