I have my vehicle loan with mfc. The contacted me for a service plan, which I accepted. Afyer receiving the policy documents, I decided that the terms were not acceptable and cancelled the cover on 23.09.2013. On 26.10.2013 the debit order went off again for a second time after the cancellation. After spending an hour on the phone with the innovation group as well as mfc. I still have no idea if I will get a refund for the money they. I made the biggest mistake in my life by having my finance with mfc. They are quick to deduct money, but have no idea what customer service is. I urge everyone to never do business with mfc! I am now out of pocket and nedbank is smilling all the way to the bank with this!
