Please note I cancelled my motor plan policy Ref: NG 5376 and MFC is still deducting money from my account. I cancelled this policy the very next day and called MFC which now Innovation Group. Nedbank does not disclose information to client and have misleading statement. When I called the next day again the " innovation group " said that they are not responsible but Nedbank is. I need my money refunded into my account today and after the bad service I've experienced I would never finance my vehicle with Nedbank or MFC. I called on the 10 of July and spoke to Mohamed who dropped my line and didn't even have the audacity to call me back after I held on for 10min. What service is this? Client are not taken seriously and are taken for granted. We are being mislead into taking policy when the paper work has something totally different on what was discussed on the phone.
