Failing to refund me on cancelled policy

I have been calling innovation group regularly for the last week, I cancelled my policy a month ago on 20 May, My name is (Tshepo Enos Mongake born 84/11/08) I was assured the pro-rata refund would reflect in my account within 21 days

I called last week and was told that the finance dept has confirmed that the refund will be paid into my account, so I called on the 2013/06/18 11:20 and Spoke to a lady called Shailing mhizha she said she'll contact the finance department to check whats going and no feedback,

so I called again today only to be told I'll receive my money after 14 working days
this is not acceptable I need my money as in 2day

Every time I enquire about this I'm put on hold only to get a different story, this is not acceptable please refund my money
