I initially called MFC to cancel my gap cover and the first person I spoke to said I needed to call the innovation group for this, which I did do. Only to be told there is no such cover with Innovation Group. I then call the MFC call centre again but spoke to someone who said that it is with Regent but they will cancel it on my behalf. Today a debit order went off and the gap cover has not been cancelled. I want it cancelled and my money refunded. I also have been sending emails to the [Email Removed] but dont even get a proper response and no response regarding this matter. I am highly frustrated with these people. What a large organisation but such useless staff.
