After writing on Hellopeter with my complaint, MFC still have not bothered to help me. It is sad that this is the way the treat paying customers. i have had to use my airtime and means to try and have this sorted, service plan cancelled with my knowledge. Customer care cannot send me proof that i cancelled, sad this is i am still paying for that policy. after calling Innovation group who referred me to MFC, MFC referred me back to Innovation, I finally got through to consultant who bothered to help me. she confirms with me that the service is still active and should not have been cancelled by Innovation Group. still waiting and car is not serviced, if the warranty falls away due to not servicing the car in time, i Will hold MFC liable. I will seek all avenues to have MFC pay for all inconvenience.
I regret choosing MFC to finance my vehicle, this will be the last time i ever use MFC or NEDBANK for that matter.
