FNB IS USELESS

This pas weekend, i had a debit order go off my account which i did not authorize. There is no signed form, no verbal agreement to proceed with this debit order. I phoned the bank this morning where they advised me that i need to go into a branch to resolve this query. This is utter nonsense... how can FNB authorize debit orders to go of our accounts WITHOUT US EVEN KNOWING ABOUT IT??? what is the point of banking at the so called best bank in South Africa when they cannot even pick up a running through their system? the lady at FNB i spoke to provided me with a cellphone number, 0745215519. when you enter this number in Google search, you will immediately realize that this is a going round. I am very upset with the service i just received. this is pathetic... I don't expect this complaint to resolve my issue but i need to inform the people out there to check their bank statements... surely i am not the only one being by this and FNB contributing to this with their pathetic service.
