I was a victim to debit card. Only once a large amount of money was withdrawn from my account did I realise I had been robbed. Cut a LONG and UPSETTING story short... I have had a very bad experience with FNB and their customer service, protection and support during this month. I was notified last week that-We regret to inform you that we are not in a position to accept the loss and unfortunately we have no alternative but to hold you responsible for the transaction/s loss. This is unacceptable as I was a victim to a crime and FNB has shown me no support during this process. There are MULTIPLE ways for a criminal to my pin and my card. I expected my bank to protect me and support me but instead I was made to feel negligent and wrong. it is very clear to me that FNB does not protect their customers and obviously does not want my business.
