No authorisation to debit

This is really not acceptable from Capitec. No notification to new rule as well as giving bad business a blank cheque to debit and do as they please. The Manager at Parow Centre told me yesterday I should get a letter from the service provider that had no authority to debit instructing the Bank to reverse the order.

CAPITEC ARE YOU DOING BUSINESS IN SOUTH AFRICA? NO BUSINESS WILL GIVE ME THIS LETTER IF THEY THINK THEY ARE ENTITLED TO MY MONEY.I AGREE WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS YOU SEEM TO OFFER NO PROTECTION TO MYSELF AS A CUSTOMER.THERE ARE MANY BETTER WAYS TO ENSURE CUSTOMERS DO NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR DEBIT ORDER REVERSING SERVICES. MY SALARY WILL BE MOVED SHORTLY.I HOPE YOU GET THIS. WHAT STUDIES HAVE YOU CONDUCTED CONFIRMING LETTERS WILL BE GIVEN AUTHORISING YOU TO REVERSE DEBIT ORDERS . YOUR BUSINESS HAS COMPLETELY LOST DIRECTION.I PREDICT A 40% LOSS IN CUSTOMERS OVER THE NEXT FEW MONTHS BEFORE THE END OF 2013.

WITH LIMITED SERVICES YOU SHOULD PROTECT YOUR CUSTOMERS MUCH BETTER.

SO BY THE WAY I WANT OUT!!! I AM OUT!!!
