Sunday morning 9:52am my colleague and I headed to KFC on point road to get some food. After placing our order we were told it would be ready in 15mins, we walked to the exit of the store to glance on our car. Within seconds we had been grabbed by a number African males who attempted to rob us of our belongings. They made off with my wallet and left my colleague hurt very bad. My colleague suffers from a blood disorder which does not let his blood cloth, so he could have bled to death outside your business of which we support. My complaint is that you have no security for the outside of your business to protect customers like us from heartless people who prey on customers on their way in or out. I am now so traumatised and will not support KFC again, with the negligence of KFC i have lost a huge amount of cash and my drivers licence and could of also been our lives. I hold you responsible for not providing sufficient protection and for hiring a scared guard who decided to run instead of assisting us. I will insure that I take this traumatic experience to the media and insure I damper your business. I work with 500 other people who will never support KFC again.
