I was a victim of internet on my account. I lost some money during the process. I have approached FNB, in person, and explained the situation and events. FNB turned against me and accused me of being negligent and in co-operation with. I have opened a case with the police to bring the to justice, yet FNB support the criminals. They have not taken any action to find the nor supporting me in my financial loss. The amount is not big, but FNB is not able to compensate my loss.

I would thus want to warn klients and future clients of FNB to be aware that your funds are not secure.
