RESET AND SUBSEQUENT CREDIT REPORT

I went through the RESET process and also purchased a credit report which I could download. I tried since Monday the 28th October to download this report with no avail. I have sent numerous e-mails to the company to no avail. There are no telephone numbers available - they are quick to collect money but does not supply to what they promise.
