I have a bundle with my bank ABSA which give a limit for withdrawals. I received a sms on the 28/10/2013 regarding my withdrawals limit that expired on the 26/10/2013. What is the purpose of the sms that is two days late when they have already charged me for the withdrawals for two days??? When i called the contact centre i was advised about delayed notification. When i log onto my internet banking i get an sms immediately. I am furious!!! now i want to know how long this has been going on and how long the bank i trust with my finances has been wrongfully making money out of me for their service failures... Please someone get back to me and pay me back the fees ive been charged for incorrectly!!!
