I took out a loan in January and was assisted by a guy named Sello at the centurion branch, the loan I took out was an 11 month loan which was scheduled to be settled in NOVEMBER. Everything was alright until my first debit order which went through earlier than expected. After resorting to Hellopeter, I was assured that everything was sorted. Recently I ordered my credit report and to my surprise I am owing Capitec MORE than what I should. On the 25th of October I went to the Festivall mall branch and enquired about this only to find that my loan is R2500 in arrears. This mainly because your employee captured my data wrong. My salary advise says I work for an agency, he confirmed this with them and only captured that I work for UNISA which is incorrect. Now i am in arrears because of YOUR employee's mistake. The agrncy gets paid at the end of the month not the 25th. Can someone call me to rectify this before I take this matter up with the Ombudsman. This is unacceptable. I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR CAPITEC'S NONSENSE. Im naar because of you guys.
