I WAS IN AN ACCIDENT WITH A CLIENT WHO IS INSURED BY DISCOVERY BEGINNING OF OCTOBER
THE CLIENT OF DISCOVERY WAS IN THE WRONG, NOW MY VEHICLE STANDS AT THE REPAIR CENTRE FOR ALMOST 1 MONTH WITHOUT ANY REPAIRS BEING DONE ON IT, AND SIBUSISO NDLOVU STILL DID NO PHONE ME BACK AFTER NUMEROUS MESSAGES LEFT AND EMAILS SEND, I TRIED TO PHONE AGAIN TODAY 28 OCTOBER AND STILL THEY CANNOT PUT ME THROUGH BECAUSE HE IS BUSY ON THE PHONE, I LEFT A MESSAGE AGAIN AND EXPLAINING MY DILEMMA, BUT I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT DISCOVERY INSURE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT WONT PHONE ME BACK AND THE PROBLEM WONT BE RESOLVED, THIS EVENTUALLY LEADS TO ME HAVING TO GO TO MY ATTORNEY AND TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER, WORST WORST EVER SERVICE, I WILL DEFINITELY NOT REFER ANY ONE TO DISCOVERY, THEY JUST DON'T HAVE ANY CLIENT ETIQUETTE, RUDE OVER THE PHONE AND LASTLY, PUT THE PHONE DOWN IN ONES EAR WHILE STILL TALKING.
