No response to my calls and emails

I have been trying to get hold of my relationship manager with no success! I had a relationship manager for a few years Gino and it worked really well then this was changed with many notification. I have had no response from Zanele regarding my recent emails and tel calls - I have been sitting on the phone for a long time trying yet again to contact Zanele but still no answer - this is the number I try to call 011-7817131 whihc appears on her email signature address.
I was trying to enquire about a loan but in desparation I had to contact another bank for assisrtance. Janet McGhee
