No more direct line?

I cannot believe you guys took away the functionality of being able to call our business relationship manager. It is such an inconvenience, What happens if I want to quickly ask the relationship manager something? email her and wait a few hours for a response, where in the past you could just pick up the phone ask the question and carry on with our day. Hope you change this policy back to the way it was!
