No feedback at all!

See extract from my email below sent to FNB on 04 July numerous phone calls! NO satisfactory response to date! What has happened to "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU??? " I will forward the full email to the person who EVENTUALLY CALLS ME!

Dear FNB

I called FNB Business Banking on Saturday 29 June and spoke with "Dinell" (not sure if I captured the name correctly). She had promised that my relationship manager will call me back as a matter of urgency and I have not heard anything at all since.

I am extremely agitated by what has happened. This is my situation with regards to my business account number 62314364465.

I have not used this account in many months because my business is no longer active. I was aware that the account was about R200 in the red, but did not transfer any funds from my cheque account to square it up because I did not know it was a problem. FNB had not contacted me AT ALL that this was a problem. I awoke Saturday morning (29 June) with an email from MMY Attorneys that this account has now been handed over to them!!!??? What? Without any contact whatsoever from FNB?
