Pathetic customer services

Signed with ADT in July 2013. No technician sent out as per signed contract and verbal agreement. Cancelled telephonically and in writing in September. Made numerous follow ups in writing-still no response to date even after numerous calls and emails. Then I get an sms saying we being handed over to lawyers. Then. Email again to enquire and call then I'm told the manager will contact me back before COB same day. No call. I call next day and demand to speak to a manager. Then I get told I'm in breach even after its admitted to me adt at fault. Then manager says he'll call me back before COB friday 1 nov 2013 and no one calls me back. Then I'm billed for a double fee this morning! No customer eticet, pathetic response turn to customer queries-2months and still waiting on an email response to numerous emails. Still waiting on feedback to numerous calls logged. Pathetic for a so called internation company
