So sad so sorry

I recently had a situation where my air conditioner stopped working. I contacted AMP underwritten by HOLLARD, I was advised to take my vehicle in to a air conditioner specialist, as my policy was going to expire in 10 days. This would be my first claim with AMP. I contacted a reputable BOSCH service station and they revered me to my nearest air conditioner specialist in JHB. My car was taken in and repaired. On the morning of collecting my car I was en route to Durban for a very important business meeting. On arrival at the air conditioner specialist I was told that the air conditioner is still faulty and they needed to keep my car, this i could not do as i had a very important meeting to attend in Durban. On my return i contacted AMP and explained the situation and explained that the air conditioner was still faulty. AMP responded and said " so sad so sorry " but my policy expired a few days ago and they can no longer assist me. What a bunch of rubbish. They just do not care. But they where very happy to take my money when i purchased the car. I kept my side of the deal and kept my car serviced by BMW SA as per there terms and conditions.
