I spent nearly 1.5 hours in the Centruion Branch of the bank yesterday updating my internet banking facility. On returning to the office, I was unable to access the facility. I called this morning and am notified to go back into the branch and give all my details. I refused as i simply dont have the time. Security questions were asked and I was assured I could continue with internet banking. I STILL CANNOT ACCESS MY INTERNET BANKING!
In addition there were 22 people standing in the line to collect credit / cheque cards.
WHAT IS GOING ON WITH FNB!!!
