I logged this call on 25 October and i have yet to receive any communication from the service provider. Phoned the miway call centre several times yesterday afternoon and despite a polite apology i have still had no communication and no service.

I have now given up on the insurance and am going to pay a private plumber their high fees so that this problem can be sorted out with the urgency that it deserves.
