Waiting for almost two hours to get a new card

I couldn't use my bank card cause it had expired. Had no choice but to go get a new one at Phumlani Mall.
The FNB queue is always long, the place is always understaffed. You find elderly people waiting in long queues for long periods of time. People are forced to use the only ATM in the mall which is inside the branch. The queues are always heading outside the doors of the branch. The security guard is forced to help with customer queries at the door, it's terrible! The employees cannot deal with the capacity and it is not fair to them or the people they are trying to serve. I had to wait literally an hour and a half just to see a consultant. The situation was stressful and unpleasant and FNB should do better in their township branches. Suburban branches get the best service while the township branches get less than the worst service that could ever be offered by branches in Suburban areas. The premises and the staff are not sufficient. More ATMs, more staff and more staff training is not too much to ask. I will keep complaining and soon posting pictures until you give Phumlani Mall customers what they deserve- dignified and up-to-standard service.
