Forced to get statements from ATM

On the 20th June I went to the Brixton branch to get 3 months statements. I was shocked to see that only 2 staff members at the customer service desk at 09:30, there was hardly any staff on site to assist. There were alot of other people also following the queue and heard them complaining about how we all have to wait, nevertheless we waited. Consultants from other areas eventually came up and assisted the people, when it came to my turn Masapi asked me how she can help. I advised her that I need 3 months statement and she said I can get it outside by the atm. I was literally forced by her to go outside to the atm with her. I don't trust anyone to show me how use the atm not even the staff, the atm eventually timed out and I insisted to get the statement from inside the branch. it did not even take 5 minutes to get inside whereas I struggled at the atm. There were many other people that required statements but I was the only one sent outside! Why? This is discrimination against me! I saw the branch manager Jabulani who was so useless himself could not give a reason why that happened. Get staff that are willing to help and work.
