Today I was unable to open my car either manually or with my mobiliser. My kids and I was standing in the parkinglot of Metro Silverlakes helpless. I phoned Outsurance Roadside Assistance the operater listened to my emergency and tried to get a technition out to come and help. The technition told me over the phone there is nothing he could do for me and I must phone Mercedes. The phone operator was so helpfull she was willing to Google and find Mercedes number for me. After 10 minutes the phone operator phoned again to find out if the kids and I are ok. She added that if we were not successfull I must please phone again so she could at least organise for someone to take us home. Eventhough we were ok I was so gratefull for her willingness to help. Had tears of grattitude in my eyes. I am just sory I never asked her name! So gratefull for her assistance and just caring enough to help.
