This is the second month now that Nedbank has processed the debit order for my personal Loan on the 22nd. The agreed date on the loan contract is for the 25th, because this is the day that I get paid.
Because of this neglegence from Nedbank, this will reflect bad on my credit record that I try so hard to keep clear and looking good.
I have raised this issue last month on the 22nd with the Nedbank Call Centre Loans Department.
They prommised me that this will be sorted out because they had a system problem.
Today the debit order went through again!
When I received the sms from my bank that the debit was proccesed, I phoned the call centre for Nedbank and Spoke to Mandla at Collections. Rude behaviour from him over the phone and did not want to give me a Ref No.
Then I have spoken to Tumi also Today, Ref No: 8288656.
But my querie was not resolved.
How will this issue be resolved???
