We had R18300 in our Club Savings Account and another R15 000 or so in an Investment account. The instruction in May 2013 was that all funds should go to the investment account. But we soon discovered that everything was in a suspense account in September. We wanted to close both accounts this Friday as we have not received any interest that has accrued in the investment account for the entire period. We were told more recently (this Wednesday) that our money cannot be located and they would call us back as soon they have sorted it out. No one has, and we don't know what is happening. I tried to follow up and they do not answer my phone calls. Rose, who was responsible for the accounts has not come to work today, Friday. We need that money today and we don't know what happened to it
