I am so angry I am beyond livid. I have never in my life experienced such incompetence.
Ned bank has managed my account and literally me up more than I am already . me.
I am under debt review and nedbank has helped by increasing my stress levels and put me in more debt than I am in already. Right now I logged to my account to buy R5 airtime to call my boyfriend as I am sick and found that my account is in the negative. Even money I transfered from a savings account because I am broke is not available to me. I don't why debit orders were done when I requested the account to be closed. Somehow the cheque account and savings account. Were linked without my instruction. I want all my accounts with nedbank to be closed I no longer want to do business with you. Since I have had an account with you I can't say it was painless. I have always had issues and I have had it. Someone please call me to resolve this issue.close everything immediately. I can't deal with this nonsense anymore.
I just went online right now and i dont understand what is going on. Regardless i would like the investment and 2 savings account closed. I want nothing to do with Nedbank anymore.
