I did an online application for stand alone petrol card on the 5th of december 2012. i have sent through all the documentation fnb requested. i was awarded the petrol card just to be called later on and told they need more documentation. i sent these documents. i even applied again, no success. its been 2 months now. no card. doesn't help calling them. lines are too busy. I've waited over 20minutes without an answer.
