FNB Card Division Poor Response on numerous calls

On the 08th June i applied for a credit card at FNB Sandton branch they needed relevent documentation to process the credit card as i was out of the country i managed to send through the required documentation on the 19th.
I got a call 5 days latter stateing that more documentation was needed by Themba Kobese from the card devision, of which they sent me a form i signed and sent back with the required documents, that was the 24th June, i had to do a follow up and was told by Themba Kobese that the stamp was not visible upon my going to the brunch the teller i dealt with told me that the stamp was visible on all documents He could not understand why he was saying that. as the buck seems to have stoped with Mr Themba Kobese as he seems to be sitting on the application and not doing what he is meant to be doing on the 6th i went to Sandton Branch of which He was sent the relevent documents and i was told i was cleared by the ITC AND Credit chek he is the one seated with my application.

If there is anyone to help with the poor service and response of Mr Themba Kobese from the card devision of FNB, not happy at all with the response and feedback from there he seems to not know his jo
