Awaiting documentation since 24/04

I am an existing FNB customer and applied for a credit card with FNB on 24/04. I was contacted by FNB and my card was tentatively approved. I was told that documentation would be sent to me to read over, initial and then to send it back. The documentation was never sent to me despite me phoning the bank the next day requesting the documents. I then emailed [Email Removed] explaining the situation - they replied saying that it has been sorted and that the delivery company will be in contact soon to deliver my card, which I am still waiting for. How is this possible since I still haven't read over any documents? I have been waiting to use my card to book a flight and unfortunately the cost of the flight is becoming more expensive each day that I have to wait on FNB...
