Start of a bad relationship

On August I joined FNB. I Opened a Cheque, credit and Standalone petrol card. But when I received the Petrol card, it was a linked petrol card. I immediately phoned and cancelled the card and inserted a new application. On March I had no feedback and opened yet another application. I was informed the one in august will be cancelled and I agreed. On 27-03-2013 the account showed on my profile with a -R135 Fee, but available balance is R0. I paid R140 into the account and phoned to find out where my card is. They told me the are busy with it. On 08-04-2013 I was charge R53 and R24.16, but no card as yet. i phoned again, and same story, busy with the application. on 09-05-2013 I was charged R53, R24.16, R1.29 and R120 for arrears. This is not acceptable. I do not want any excuses or apologies. I want all these charge to be reversed. And if the are not competent enough to open this account, they must rather close and cancel it.
